Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
    • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  2. Shipping Time

    • Our Standard Shipping time is 3-7 business days. Please allow this time to pass before reaching out to us about the status of your order.

     

  3. International Shipping

    • At this time, we offer international shipping DO NOT offer international shipping. We hope to branch out to international shipping soon!
  4. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
  5. Shipping Delays

    • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, holidays). GingerMink Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  6. Incorrect Address

    • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. GingerMink Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to an incorrect address provided. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment at your expense.
